Our principle, Finer Womanhood, is unique to Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. This observance is celebrated the last week of February through the entire month of March. During this time many of our members around the globe host programs and events that emphasize the standards, morals, customs, and attributes of fine young ladies, community and Sorority members. Local programming is organized throughout our Finer Womanhood observance to encourage rededication to sorority ideals, increase community consciousness, and empower its citizens.
